Evelyn is a Puerto Rican woman currently living in the state of Florida. Evelyn is happily married and has one daughter. She is a leader in her community and when she is not building businesses, you will find her spending time with her grandchildren and her dogs. Her passions include helping people and businesses grow. She is the founder and CEO of her brand Evelyn Monroig and Shammah Intl, companies specializing in training and developing people and organizations in the direct selling industry. Evelyn’s goal is to encourage, engage, and equip others to excel in today’s economy.

Evelyn has coached thousands of people in her talks and seminars throughout the US, Puerto Rico, Latin America, Canada, and 10 other countries worldwide. As an author, keynote speaker, and seminar leader, she has impacted hundreds of thousands of people throughout her career in the direct sales industry.

She has studied, researched, written, and spoken for 30 years on the topics of sales, recruiting, leadership, productivity, and others. She has achieved multiple top performer awards and her direct sales strategies have generated 8 figures in sales.
